Wednesday Nights during school: 6:45-8:00 pm
Location: Indian Valley Faith Fellowship
Time of year: Fall, Winter, Spring

Basic Information:

During the school year, each Wednesday of the month emphasizes a different, yet important, way to seek God and be in community. Junior High (grades 6-8) and Senior High (grades 9-12) remain split. The panel to the right details the basic format for Wednesday nights when school is in session.

Wednesday Nights Hangouts: 6:30-8:30 pm
Location: varies
Time of year: Summer

Basic Information:

When the summer hits, youth leaders and church members clean their pools and open their homes to the youth. This is a very relaxed environment in which swimming, games, and a lesson all occur. A youth leader is always present to monitor, and help the host family.

* See the church calendar for information about where each Hangout is held.

Regular Events:

A strong group of committed adult volunteers help organize and lead regular events throughout the year. Typically, one event is formally scheduled per month for each junior high and senior high (as shown in the general table on each of their web pages).

1st Wednesday:

Includes a meal and then a time of prayer & praise. The entire church eats together in the Fellowship Hall from 6-6:55 pm, then about 60 teenagers and adults gather together for a time of singing and prayer, which lasts until about 8:00 pm *This begins earlier than a regular youth event.

2nd Wednesday:

The youth meet from 6:45-8:00pm for Games & a Lesson. The Jr. and Sr. High split up and one group remains in the Fellowship hall for games led by a youth leader and the other goes into the sanctuary for a lesson. The lessons engage topics on evangelism, apologetics, morality, and culture from a biblical perspective.

3rd and 4th Wednesday:

The youth meet from 6:45-8:00pm at church in their small groups (Sr. High boys, Sr. High girls, Jr. High boys, Jr. High girls). They enjoy times of prayer, fellowship, and Bible study. Each small group has two small group leaders who facilitate the lessons and spend time investing in the lives of the youth.
